i came to win
[remembering exactly how she had winded up in this particular situation is proving to be... somewhat difficult. Ichirin would probably be able to recount the events more accurately, but she first has to find Ichirin. even Unzan wasn't able to protect them when those brutish underground youkai started to go wild and they wound up separated.
the last thing Murasa remembers hearing is a booming laugh as a huge, meaty hand pushed her head into the pool of blood. she had screamed and struggled, of course, but it all happened too quickly for her to be able to fight back properly. it flooded down her throat and nose, her ears, eyes, soaking into the very pores of her skin, boiling and burning hot enough to kill a human. was drowning in the sea as bad as this...? after a while she had simply stopped fighting back, too overwhelmed by the shock to even get up on her own when the youkai finally left.
so there she is- a girl floating facedown in a pool of thick, bubbling blood.
just chillin.]

Which will do a number of minor things, but the most major thing is that it'll get them out of here.

also are they in the middle of the ocean or
(because Gensokyo doesn't exist yet i think?!)
whatever!! they're not underground anymore and that's great and Ichirin and Unzan are still below deck because I say so. they fell asleep or something. yeah.]
... You actually did it. [as if Murasa had any doubt towards Seiga's promise. she shields her eyes with one hand, pressed against the side of the cabin where there's shade to protect her from the sun. spending a few centuries undergrounds doesn't really help one's sensibilities to sunlight.
she laughs a little, though unsure. that was.... easier than she expected.]

Seiga hovers a little bit higher, looking outward, taking in the sunlight. As much as she makes herself out to be an untouchable hermit (literally at times), she can't stand the general, depraving aura of Old Hell for that long in combination with using up a lot of her power just then. She breathes out, but makes it to be an exaggeration gesture. ] Ha--aaaaaah~....!
Now, all I want to do is nap for the next decade!

but. this means they can go to Makai and save Byakuren. Murasa stares at Seiga for a long moment, hesitantly stepping out into the sunlight.]
Nap somewhere else. I need to go to Makai now.

[ Seemingly innocent question. ]

[come to think of it, Seiga never really made her stance on youkai clear. sure, she helped Murasa, but there's just something off that she can't quite put her finger on.
gratitude is still gratitude, but Murasa says nothing more.]
... We won't need your help from here on out. I won't forget the favor I owe you.
